Raj Rajpal was a mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. In his mortgage career Raj has closed over 30,000 real estate transactions and has been ranked top one percent mortgage originators in the country, for over 20 years. Raj had a call-in real estate radio show and was on the air for over 20 years answering real estate questions from listeners of all walks of life. He has been involved with production of multiple TV shows focused on real estate on local cable television. Rajeev has written articles in various industry magazines. He is a certified state and a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Instructor for National Association of Realtors. and teaches classes to real estate professionals across the globe. Raj has Chaired education committees for Women’s Council of Realtors as well as New York State Builder’s association. He currently serves on various committees for Real Estate associations in USA and Abroad. Rajeev is the past Vice president of AREAA Asian Real Estate association of America, Manhattan and recent past AREAA Regional, he has also been part of international committee for a few years. He is immediate past President of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) USA. He is also current VP Finance of FIABCI International. He is the past Chair of SIBOR NY Global Real-Estate Council, and has chaired many international real-estate delegations and trade missions across the Globe. Raj is a regular speaker and panelist at real estate and mortgage conferences in USA and abroad.
