Over 45 new residential buildings have a functional focused design that creates a more harmonious relationship between the lush green tropical outdoors and indoors by opening up to merge the interiors with the exteriors. The new architecture embraces nature. The topography of the property is the key element for Tucán 2.0 to transform the Tucán property into a magical destination. Everywhere you look is green. The buildings float amongst the tree tops and merge softly into the hillside jungle. Coming and going you are sheltered from the scorching sun and tropical rainfall. Entrances and driveways to buildings are beautifully lit and designed. Open convertible terraces make the built structures blend organically with the terrain. Rooftops are open social dwell spaces with cover and 360 ̊ uninterrupted views, surrounded by infinity pools on the perimeter edges with vegetation and lounge seating to create tropical havens.
